| | | The BurnAway is a multi-function, portable device that integrates a slim type combo DVD/CD-RW drive, media player and USB 2.0 card reader. It is ideal for transferring data from digital cameras, handheld PC's, and MP3 players. The BurnAway can be used as a stand-alone back-up system to copy data from flash memory cards onto CD-R and CD-RW discs with the press of a button. Disc Spanning - copying to multiple CD-R/CD-RW discs if the data on the memory card exceeds the capacity of a single disc - is supported. Connected to a TV or projector, the BurnAway can be used as a multi-card media player or DVD player to play JPEG, MPEG1 (VCD), MPEG2 (DVD movie) and MP3 files. Remote control included. Connected to a PC or Mac, the BurnAway combines High- Speed USB 2.0 card reader, external CD- ROM, CD-RW and DVD-ROM functions. Use it as a card reader to download files and images from your memory cards, read from a CD/CDR/CD-RW, write to CD-R or CD-RW media, or play a DVD on the PC/Mac.
