I purchased the Cavalry 60GB hard drive from Buy.com last month. It looks identical to the 80GB drive. I have an old PC so it only has a USB 1.0 connector. I told Cavalry it didnt work and it took them over a month to send me the extra cable. Yesterday I plugged it in for the first time. It runs very slowly, probably because it has to run through the USB 1.0 connection.
I found that the case gets extremely HOT so I mounted on a metal stand and have a fan blowing air over it. I gave it 5 for value because the price is so good. Ease of use I gave a 2 because it runs so hot that I have to use a stand and a fan with it which reduces its portability. Was this review helpful?
