The ZR90 is a feature-packed mini-DV camcorder, and if that weren't enough, buy.com's price on the unit makes it all the more incredible.
The unit gives you clear videos with good color balance and offers built in effects like wipes, fades and chroma key. The SD card camera delivers great still shots, with effects like sepia tint, monochrome, and multi-screen.
The LCD screen has a good image and pivots up to 180 degrees so the subject can monitor, if desired.
My only wish-list item is for a larger capacity battery. The supplied battery lasts about 1 hour while using the LCD screen (lasts longer with viewfinder).
All considered, this is a great buy for slightly more than local stores are asking for the ZR80. Was this review helpful?
