5 of 5 Buy.com Customer Service Stinks!!!!!! Wednesday, February 11, 2009 Cornel in Philadelphia from Philadelphia, Pa.
Purchased this item and when it was delivered, only 2 of the 3 cables were in the Box. I contacted Buy.com Customer Service and they said that I had to get in touch with manufacturer of the cables to get the 3rd cable. I did that and the Cables Unlimited told Me that I shouldn't have been told to contact them and to go back to Buy.com to get my 3rd cable. I called Customer Service at Buy.com and they told me they no longer had this item and that I could either return the other 2 cables for a full refund or they would look into trying to get me my 3rd cable or a partial refund. This has gone on now for a month and no 3rd cable and no partial refund. The reason I didn't return the other 2 cables, was because I need them for a new TV I just purchased and they also said I'd have to pay for the shipping of the 2 cables back to them.
I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I'll never purchase anything from them again. Poor Business practices. I shouild have learned my lesson the first time I ordered something from them. I know better now.....Never again, Never!!!! Was this review helpful?

I have had the worst luck from buy.com with these cables. I ordered early dec for xmas. They came and they were the wrong ones, so they rma them and 5 weeks later they sent me the same stuff. when I spoke to cust service then a manager they said to return them again but couldn't be sure if I would recieve the right ones again and would put me around feb 25 for a xmas gift. They only give you 2 of the 3 cables. Instead of shipping 1 more cable they want the other 2 back and won't cross ship. STAY AWAY!!! Was this review helpful?

I don't know about others but they send me only one 2M cable and one 3M cables. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY THRU E-MAILS!Asked them if they can send me missing cable they told me to contact manufacturer...
