4 of 5 Configuration is a Bear Monday, October 13, 2008 A Customer from Bluefield Virginia
Installing this following the instructions lead to Blue Screen of Death on XP Pro. Contacted the company who provided an updated drive which has decreased the BSD to a manageable level. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 easy to use Saturday, September 13, 2008 A Customer from cortland,ny
This card was a snap to setup and use
I just followed the directions and had no problem finding and connecting to my network. I then took it to the person I was setting it up for and turned it on and it found her network right away
I would recommend this product to anyone looking for an inexpensive wireless card Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Cheap and easy! Monday, June 16, 2008 A Customer from Webb City, MO
Super easy to install. Worked immediately. Great price after rebate. The PC I added this to is 9 years old and has XP installed over the preinstalled ME. I am connecting through a Linksys Speedboost router. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Quick easy setup, excellent performance Saturday, May 31, 2008 ridgebackdog from Buffalo, New York
Awesome, immediately up and running with Ubuntu 8.04 Heady Heron, with no setup whatsoever. Other Ubuntu users will recognize how significant that statement is. Good signal, good bitrate. Overall very good performance, highly reccommended. I bought this card based on price, since I'm using it in a secondary computer that's actually obsolete. But, I think the performance is more than satisfactory, even for a primary useage machine. Very surprized, very pleased Was this review helpful?

I got this for an old PC with Windows XP Home. I just installed the PCI Adapter on the mother board and followed the installation instructions supplied. After the Network setup required for my old Netgear 11b router the adapter connected to the wireless network and started to download the 77 Windows XP updates that it was missing from a couple of years of no NIC.
I got 100% signal strength & 100% connectivity. Great Value for the money. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Work great Friday, March 28, 2008 Shoulda you know from Denver
I own this device for 3 months and have not had any problem so far using it on WinXP, great signal coverage and the pigtail style antenna allowed me to place an antenna where I wanted. Was this review helpful?
3 of 5 It works very well for general use Monday, March 17, 2008 Drew from Chesapeake, VA
I hooked it up pretty easily. It recognized my network with ease. However I am trying to transfer a bunch of files from my desktop to a remote hard drive connected to my network and the signal periodically goes out to the point where the connection to the wireless hard drive falls off all together and I have to re-establish the connection. This is frustrating since I dont' know what files completed and have to start that folder over. If this does not sound like your situation then relax its a great and inexpensive card. Yes, I tried to upgrade the drivers but the company has changed names and you have to go to an Australian website to get them rather than the one listed in the help file or about file (this did not help).
