The WNC-0300 is a Wireless 32-bit PCI card for using with desktop PCs. The adapter complies with IEEE 802.11g and back-ward compatible to the IEEE 802.11b standard. It also features the newest Wireless Super G technology to deliver data rates up to 108Mbps in the pure LevelOne Super G 108Mbps environment. This adapter is equipped with 32-bit PCI v2.2 user-friendly interface thus enabling high-bandwidth data transfers between adapter and desktop PC. You can enjoy the best data throughput and also the capability to handle the multi-media, video streaming or real-time broadcast applications.

It works, but its nothing special. It requires you to use install disk in XP. Unless changed, it forces you to use its wireless connection utility. Vista picked it right up. I have also noticed that after some down time it seems to go to hibernate. I have to manually reset connection sometimes

I have been using this device for almost 2 months on my old WinXP and I have not seen any real problem. The signal was a little bit weak, I fixed it by replacing an antenna with 5dBi. The manual is not very helpful I think they need to re-write the manual so that average user like me can understand.
