Works great on many games, have yet to load up crysis but on gears of war pc, and call of duty settings are maxed out. well worth the money to upgrade, only complaint is fans can become quite noisy during intensive gaming Was this review helpful?

This card rocks- I upgraded from a 7600 gt and my 3dmark 06 doubled! while it is a large single slot card, it did fit with ease into my hp pavilion case with out any problems. easy to install and fully recognized by windows vista. cant go wrong. Was this review helpful?

the card rocks- doubled my 3d mark 06 score when upgrading from a 7600 gt! Timeshift plays at 1440x900 widescreen with highest settings maxed out. fan is a little noisey under load, but hey, cant complaint. great card- chose it over a 9600 gt i was looking at. at no price difference get the 8800 gt. Great card if you don't mind the noise levels of the fan. Its actually not that much different the other standard GT card in this series. If you want quiet then get the 2 slot designs, which I recommend more for silent freaks. This card can play crysis easy without any issues in speed. 16x and the OC of 675mhz and the oc memory makes it amazingly fast. its faster then the 2 sli setup i have now with slower 256mb cards. i might go back to using a OC type 8800gt but one thats not this LOUD!! I've had a silent 8600gt for a while so i have been spoiled with silence. if you want silence with a slightly slower card then get the newer 9600gt, has less pixel shaders but bench simular to this card. still 8800 has it beat, if your rich get the 9000 series, or wait for the generation after that which should be around the corner according to the nvidia drivers.
