1 of 5 3rd Time Replacing Magenta without using it comple Sunday, October 12, 2008

This is my 3rd Magenta cartridge without using the full toner in the cartridge. I feel ripped off from Brother because of their lack of reliability on these. I print low volume color, and I expect my toner cartridges to last until the toner has run out, but the 2 prior one to this 3rd one has been leaking toner only after a few hundred printouts! It makes me think I should have gone with an HP! Hopefully this 3rd one will not have the problems the past 2 have had. The 1st one was replaced free of charge when I just got the printer. The second one, they refused to replace it free of charge even though I only printed a few hundred pages because it was past the 90 day warranty.
If I had to choose a printer again, I would not buy a brother. Was this review helpful?
