Bracketron Nav-Mat - Portable GPS Dash Mount

Wish I had thought of it...no more unsightly circles on my windshield...everything within easy reach. I liked it so much I ordered two more as gifts!

Holds my GPS in ts position and never slides off, I can position the GPS any where i want. Or use it to hold my cell phone in it.

Although unused with GPS as yet, this product is great! Shipping speed was very fast--2-3 days after order. My son-in-law has the same product that is used extensively and has proven quite useful. It is certainly preferable to sticking GPS to windshield! It is also much easier to "hide." It is also easy to move from one vehicle to another.

I did not receive the shipment for the first time. I reported to buy.com and in a 7 days time I received the replacement of the same, I strongly recommend all the viewers and internet shoppers to do all the purchases from buy.com. So far this product has been excellent. The dash mount is working great. It's easy to carry move from one car to another, it stays in place on the dash, and it doesn't do any damage to the dash or other parts of the car unlike some of the other mounts I've seen. A really great product overall.

I have a Scion Xb and the windshield is to far from the driver for safe operation. The mount won't stick on any other surface. The instrument panel would be convenient but the GPS kept sliding back and forth. This product solved the problem. Now the GPS system is close enough to operate and never slides on me.

I looked around for an alternative to sticking the GPS to the windshield and this is it! We had trouble with the GPS coming off the windshield, not any more. We use it in two cars and it is easily tranferred and works great in both cars. We think the GPS is easier to see and deal with on the dash rather than stuck to the windshield. Great product, great price and it came so quickly!

Great item. Only draw back is not with product, rather my GPS. It needs the window mount to connect to power base, so it's not as smooth looking, yet not the products fault. Makes for faster hiding when parking. Good value to!

Bought the dash mount with a Garmin c550. Works great! Does not slip or slide around on the dash and allows me to tuck it under the seat for security. Geat value at twice the price. My wife loves it.

I was skeptical about the low price at first, but decided to buy anyway and give it a try. I used this mount on two GPS units and it worked better than my previous mount that cost me 2x the price of this unit. I tried the old Garmin 330 unit that is bulky and a new flat model Garmin 360. Both did not move a bit when I was driving and hugging the corners. The old mount did move occasionally, but not much. This mount does not move at all. This is the only mount I will buy and at the price I can place one in each car.

I was so tired of my Tom Tom falling from my windshield. Sometimes you stick the suction cup on the windshield and it stays for days and sometimes it falls off every 30 seconds. Why? This solves the problem and moves arround much better. The antislip surface really works.

This is really an excellent product for gripping GPS on your car's dashboard. You can locate GPS in your sight while driving and also get rid of those circle marks that you get on front glass when you hook GPS on it. I'm very satisfied with this product.

Bought this for my daughter's 2000 Nisan Altima. It does not stay on the dash board in left turns. Will try something to make the dash board a little tacky, but was not satisfied with the initial use of the portable gps mount.

Item works as advertised. It is of sufficient weight and has a non-skid base. Much better than mounting to windshield. Price was very reasonable. Bought 3, 1 for myself and 2 as gifts. Items came promptly in perfect condition.

quick delivery, but need the original GPS stand to hold it straight. doent come w/charger. good for the price, doesnt slip or fall off.

excellent service, received in 2 days. product doesnt slip, great for the price, but needed windshield mount, otherwise had to adjust the GPS at angle. would have prefered to spend $26.00 apprx. for other 1, which looks bulky, but comes w/charging unit & holder. anyway, no complaints as i dont use often.

I figured I could take a chance on this product because of the reasonable price. I am very please with it. It hasn't moved even when I've had to make some hairy U-turns. This is a great product and a terrific design. Completely movable and exactly fits my needs

Received this product a few weeks ago and have used it alot since. My Garmin attached easily to the mat and, unlike the windshield, the two have not separated since. It is easy to move the entire unit from one vehicle to another and it stays stationary in all of them. I love it....and it was much more affordable from Buy.com than through other sources.

This product really works well. We used in on a 4000 mile trip and it didn't move from where it was placed on the dashboard. So impressed that I bought a couple of more to give for gifts for people that I previously gave GPS systems as gifts.

This is such a great addition to your garmin. It works better than the mounts that come with the unit. You do not have to worry at all about slippage or falls on turns as this baby stays put at all times. Great investment for the money

We didn't want to window mount our Garmin Nuvi350, so I purchased this Nav-Mat. It has a good weight and no-slip bottom. It hasn't moved even a little in all of our use so far, even over bumpy country roads. The mounting area in the middle is an excellent surface for any suction-cup-mounted device, and our GPS sticks so solidly that I sometimes forget that it's not all one piece. <p> My only "complaint" (and it's a small one, probably nit-picky) is that the sides are a little high and I cannot bring my Garmin to be perpendicular to the base without hitting the side using the included mount. Once I started using it, however, I realized that this didn't really interfere with function at all.

Bracketron Nav-MAT GPS DASH MOUNT is very stable and does nor slide around on the dash. However, the suction retention is just fair, it looses suction every couple of hours. This GPS unit never came loose from the windshield.

One of the best inventions ever!!! Does what it says. Stays put in both of my cars. What I like is that you take it right off the dash and with no messy windshield mark which is a pain to clean up. Also for security purposes. A big plus as well is the price. $30-$50 cheaper than most places. Thanks for a great product.

After seeing the same mat for $41 at Best Buy, this was a great deal for me. It sits on the dash of my Dodge Ram 1500 just fine and holds both my Navman and Magellan GPS units with no problems. For half the price, this is a great choice for a dashmat.

Just like most of the reviews I admit it does what it says. I drive with my Magellan mounted to it almost 200+ miles a day and it stays put. I also switch from a Honda to a Toyota and it has no problems wherever mounted. Great price too.

I am extremely happy with this product. I would strongly recommend this product for anyone who has a portable GPS device. Using the Nav-Mat is so much easier than mounting the device to the windshield. I am a police officer and can tell you that one of the most common items stolen out of a car is a GPS device. If you mount your GPS to the windshield you may not take it down when you park the car and there is a good chance that someone will break your window and take it. If you attach your GPS device to the Nav-Mat you can easily take it with you or put it in the trunk when your car is parked. In addition the Nav-Mat weighs enough and has an anti-slip bottom so it stays in place on your dash under normal driving conditions. Another positive to using the Nav-Mat is you don't have to clean the suction cup mark off your windshield.

The Nav-Mat mount is a good choice for mounting our Tomtom One-XL GPS unit. It conforms to the dash contour and does not slide out of position. We've been using the Nav-Mat for about two weeks with good success. Recommend this as a solid alternative to windshield mounting....especially in California where the vehicle code prohibits obtructions mounted on the windshield.

This thing stay put on the dash going around turns and sudden stops. A little big for the dash however it works.
