The Belkin HUB is wonderful as is the experience with Buy.com Ordered easily and arrived sooner than I expected. This item is not stocked by many retailers in Boston so the online purchase was the easiest and least expensive route. A win-win deal Was this review helpful?

This hub is very convenient, and Buy.com had it for a very good price (~$20), making it an excellent value. It's easy to use. I have a laptop which I move around a lot, so this was perfect for me. It saves me from having to plug in each and every usb device (mouse, 2 hard drives, mouse, smartphone cable) each time I bring my laptop back to my desk. Also, it WILL power the 320gb Maxtor Mini HD and the 250gb WD Passport HD, which won't run on usb hubs without an external power source. I haven't used the detachable portion yet... First of all, I have to say this little piece about Buy.com. Buy.com was very quick to resolve an incident regarding this order not getting to me when promised. The FedEx driver tried to attempt to deliver this order to my neighbor instead of to me - something about the address label not printed right.
So, after a few days of me not receiving my order on time, I wrote to Buy.com via email to find out why I hadn't received my order. Meanwhile, I was monitoring my order via, FedEx online package tracker, and I was keeping track of all of the moves that FedEx was making with my order, easy enough.
So, I emailed Buy.com of all of the latest happenings of my order. This is where I have to say that my hat is off to Buy.com for their immediate response to this matter. They handled this issue to the best effort possible! All in all, they ROCK!
