Using mine as a powered hub and it works just fine. My only objection is the incredibly bright blue lights coming out of the top of the unit. I put electric tape over them to kill the light. Functionally, the unit is fine and very convenient. Was this review helpful?

It works great as a USB hub, IF you don't plug it in. If you need to plug it in to use as a powered hub (such as to sync an iPod), when I plug it in it makes a screeching noise, so plugging it in is not an option. I've never been impressed with Belkin products Was this review helpful?
