1 of 5 Why should some one spend $$$ for this box? Monday, January 05, 2009
A Customer from NJ

If the purpose was to get contents wirelessly without a pc, it make some sense. Why should some spend $$$ for a box that transmit pc display signal wirelessly to a TV (that too using your wireless router)? Still you need (for example: laptop) as a remote to control the contents. Spend $ and get a long VGA cable and attach to your TV and watch the contents on the big screen. LOL

4 of 5 Wireless Performance Lacking Tuesday, September 16, 2008
Gerry from Trumbull, CT
I will say that I like this little gadget. It basically does what I wanted it to do, and that was display my iTunes cover flow on my TV. However, as I expected, the wireless performance is not that good. And when someone runs the microwave in the kitchen, it kills the signal all together. But for wireless connection, I have heard this is pretty much status quo. The instructions are not very good. But being a "techie" I was able to make it work. The setup display on the TV is a saver. It showed the IP address assigned to the device by my router. So I figured out on my PC to hard code the IP address into the connection during the PC setup. When I setup my wife's laptop, it had problems trying to connect to the device as a hot point and not my network hot point. I still have some juggling with the settings to do on the laptop. Will probably have to lock out the device from the available connections. So, all in all, it works good enough for me and the price was right. But don't think you will have an easy time connecting it or if you use it wirelessly that the streaming video will work smoothly.

5 of 5 delivers what it promises Monday, August 18, 2008
Narry Khilnani from Fairfax, VA
Excellent quality, internet flicks are sharp and clear, for clear internet text need a HD set. Installation is not straight forward I still haven't found a way to connect wirelessly, need to call tech support to figure it. The wired connection works great no video dropouts good quality display on standard TV. I would recommend this product to anyone trying to wirelessly transmit video from PC to TV.

4 of 5 Finally able to watch NetFlix Streaming on My TV! Tuesday, November 20, 2007
Mike from Fountain Valley, CA
I was a little skeptical when I heard about this product. I've seen other products like that that offer wireless to the TV but all have looked like crap (640x480) or performed poorly. So it was hard for me to believe it when plugged this puppy in and saw it in action. My desktop was shown clearly, very sharp! I was expecting the large icons with the fuzzy text but to my surprise it look exactly like it looks on my notebook screen at 1280x720. There was no noticeable lag moving my mouse cursor around and opening and closing applications. Surfing the web was great! Now for the really impressive feature, I was able to play live video with nearly no lag at all!!! This device does not support high definition but for what I use it for, Veoh TV, and Streaming movies from Netflix its freakn COOL and AWESOME!! MOst of the content I watch online isn't HiDef anyway so I am very pleased! I dont have to watch the movies on my little notebook screen anymore! For those of you that want HiDef wirelessly this is not the product for you. But for those that want to watch videos from YouTube, NetFlix, Veoh, etc this product is a must buy!
