I've had my ATP Toughdrive for the last 2 years. It was working perfectly fine until I got back from vacation one day. As I plug it into the USB port as usual, it asked me to reformat it. I didn't want to reformat & lose everything. For no reason it doesn't work anymore. I didn't use it for 2 weeks & it was not around anything harmful to it. I would not get another ATP Toughdrive. I am in the process of finding somebody who can repair my USB flash drive. Was this review helpful?

I've used this product for several months now and I'm very satisfied with its performance (transfer speed, reliability etc). I haven't been in a situation where the extra protection has helped, but it's reassuring and provides for a good grip. Plus it looks cool. There is one small problem though...the rubber is so thick that it sometimes makes it difficult to plug two USB drives into the same computer when the ports are right next to each other. The ATP 2GB ToughDrive 200X USB Flash Drive is a very nice Flash Drive. The fact that it is wrapped in a shock, water and dust proof casing is both a plus and a minus. The plus is obvious, but the minus is that the top of the Flash Drive is hard to take off at times. This is a nit pick on a very good product, but if I had it to do over again I'd probably buy cheaper 2GB Flash Drives and not worry about the protection.

I wear it around my neck all day at work. I haven't had any problems. I wore it while it was raining the other day and had no problems. I haven't dropped it in the water yet, but it’s supposed to be waterproof. I highly recommend this product for anyone that must keep their memory stick with them at all times as I do.
