This is my first experience with a wireless headset. This one installed and connected fine. My only concern, which may be the same with all wireless headsets, is that it disconnects from my phone after a few minutes of non-use. I have to reactivate my bluetooth on my phone to get connection again, when a call comes in or if I make a call. Was this review helpful?

This is a nice and convenient gadget.
I bought it for my sister but she had a bit of trouble making it work. Hence, my "4" rating in "ease of use".
Regarding performance, my sister has no complaints regarding the product itself. However, the battery charge does not last too long.
All in all, my sister is satisfied with this product.

I have had this headset for some time now.
Sounds quality is pretty good, not great, but it is very small and light.
It can also be charged via a USB port, which is invaluable when on the road since that is one less charger to carry around.
