I like the 8 min Core Workouts DVD, but the program did not fully meet my expectations. The focus of Abs, Arms, Buttocks, & Thighs are perfect for me, however the exercise routines were jerky, a lot of up/down; the sequence of routines did not flow. In addition to the Instructor's Basic form, I did like the inclusion of the Medium and Advanced styles illustrated by her collegues. Maybe once I learn all routines and see the results, I'll like the DVD better. Was this review helpful?
