I've struggled with extra weight for as long as I can remember. I've tried just about every weight-loss plan, including pills, shots, and various types of exercise equipment. Regardless of the method, I almost always lost weight. But without fail, I always gained it back (and then some).
Before J
orge's 8 Minutes in the Morning for Real Shapes, Real Sizes plan, I thought I was too busy to eat breakfast. I survived on fast food. I always got it "supersized." Everything in my closet was black, fit loosely, and had elastic banding. I used clothing to hide my body.
Food provided instant gratification. I used it as a stress reliever. Many times when I was unhappy, I'd eat to make myself feel better. But then I'd feel sad because I knew I would only get heavier, so I'd eat some more and say, "What the heck. It doesn't matter anyway."
It all changed one day when I discovered Jorge Cruise's weight-loss program. At first, I didn't completely believe that I could lose weight while exercising only 8 minutes a day. However, with my busy schedule, I knew that 8 minutes was all I had. I decided to give it a try.
I saw and felt a difference within 2 weeks. Prior to starting on this life-changing journey, I frequently got headaches, felt sluggish, lacked energy and focus. Shortly after starting Jorge's program, my headaches stopped, my energy increased, and my cravings went away.
In 9 months,
I lost 70 pounds, averaging 2 pounds a week. Since then, I've maintained my weight loss and have felt wonderful. I have lots of energy. I used to run from anyone who had a camera, but now I ask people to take my picture. I love the view I see when I catch my reflection in a mirror. I now have a new life. I feel and look different. I've changed my hair color and am looking forward to finding a significant other.
Why did Jorge's program work when so many others had failed? Well, it zeroed in on the source of my problem. Jorge taught me to break my addiction to food by establishing a loving and lsupporting network of close friends.
Jorge suggests that we have several support groups. We should have an accountability coach, a group of e-mail buddies, and several phone buddies. This support system not only helped me stay focused, it also helped to fill a void in my heart, the void that I had tried to fill with food.
No other program has ever given me this. No other program helps you deal with the source of the problem--the reason for overeating.
I'm just an ordinary person, just like you. There's nothing special about me. It only takes 8 minutes a day and a bit of planning in order to make the biggest change you'll ever experience. You say, "Not me?" I say, "Yes, you." Believe me, if I can do this program, you can do it, too!
