I purchased this for my daughter as a replacement for one that died suddenly. She is very happy with it. She told me that it had way better sound and picture than her last player. It has a stylish appearance and fits into her old carrying case. The price was very good, I found the same one somewhere else for ninety dollars, so we were happy about the nice price. It comes with everything you need, no extras to buy. You can't go wrong with this. They make nice Xmas presents for kids, without having to spend an arm and a leg. Thanks for the great value and quality. I have bought several items from Buy.com and have been more than satisfied with everything, including customer service, which I haven't had to use often. That is telling in itself. You don't need Customer Service until something goes wrong. If nothing goes wrong, they are doing a great job. Keep up the good work!
