I bought this usb hub when my old one stopped working after 2 years. Though I've only had it a few weeks, so far, it works very well. It's small and compact, has 4 ports, and high speeds of data transfer. Great price too! Was this review helpful?

This product advertised that it is backwards-compatible with USB 1.1 devices. The one I received is not. It works beautifully with hard drives and other 2.0 devices but would not work with mice, keyboards, or even my iPod. It is a great value for the price, but is not what I wanted or needed. Can't beat the price! Just remember that if you get a 2.0 hub and plug a 1.1 device into it, it makes the whole hub go at 1.1 speed. That being said, I have 3 USB 2.0 devices (including a backup HD for Time Machine on my macbook) plugged in and it works GREAT! Can't be the price either =) Was this review helpful?
