| Three R&B/Hip Hop artists in their mid-twenties alienate loved ones, sacrifice souls and find themselves living 2 Sides of Life in their hunt to reach the ultimate dream. Misguided youths Tonio, Dexter, and Wafeeq have big dreams of becoming hip-hop stars, but encounter many obstacles along the way in this drama about the difficulties of urban life. Tonio's (Jason Williams) attempts to hold down a steady job are ruined by his criminal record. When he gets fired from his most recent low-paying gig, he decides to keep it a secret. Leaving the house in a dress shirt every morning, he leads his mother to believe that he's going to work, when in reality he's sinking into a life of crime. Joining him on this downward spiral are Dexter (Dexter Angry) and Wafeeq (Wafeeq Rauf). Dexter's good guy image is quickly tainted as Tonio pulls him into a robbery scheme that could cost him his life. Meanwhile, Wafeeq spends all his money (and his friend's) trying to attract women. With a gold-digger trying to drain Wafeeq dry, some wronged men seeking revenge on the guys, and with an army of cops on their trail, the threesome have to put their dreams aside in order to survive.
