I've been using Kingston Cards for over 3 years with no problems. My 1GB cards have seen probably 10,000 images each with no problems. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Slow but reliable Tuesday, December 13, 2005 Marv G from Philadelphia PA
My second card. Its a slow writer. No issues in over 1 year of ownership. When I use it for music it takes 20min to load this card to 1G. My el-cheapo MP3 player takes to it easily. As a camera card, the slow write isn't such an issue since my camera's RAM buffer is used for rapid fire photos. Was this review helpful?

Slow card, but reliable. Use it for a tiny MP3 player. 100% reliable after almost a year. Was this review helpful?

It worked fine the first couple of times I used it, then simply stopped working. I got the 1G card to use in my PDA and to use in my camera on my trip to Peru - where it simply stopped working at all. Was this review helpful?

I have been very happy with Kingston CF cards, they are actually made from Toshiba parts. Very reliable and high quality. Speed is not my concern so it really offers the best value I can get from the market. Was this review helpful?

Great value in Kingston 1 GB CF Card. Every 4 meg and higher res Digital Camera owner needs one or two of these. No problems after 6000 images on and off of cards. I aslo own 2-512mb CF cards, also a great value, and no problems. Was this review helpful?

A 1gb compact flash price for this price is definately worth it. My camera uses compact flash cards, as does my pda, so this is getting good use. Was this review helpful?

Not sure what sort of QA testing Kingston runs on their products. This CF card corrupts my files, implying there are bit failures in the array. Not sure if it's the same bit failure or multiple failures.
Guess you get what you pay for. I'm returning this card to the manufacturer. Was this review helpful?
