5 of 5 Steady performance Tuesday, August 08, 2006 A Customer from Los Angeles, CA
Got this mouse and used it for a while now. Overall it is pretty steady and good performance. I like the retractable cable to make it very easy to carry around.
Not bad~ Was this review helpful?
2 of 5 Broken within a month Wednesday, May 03, 2006 A Customer from Salt Lake City, UT
I really liked the feel and size of this mouse. Sadly, it broke within a month. I kept it in the case and everything, but it is not very reliable if you will be taking it in a laptop bag. I would add the replacement plan if I were going to buy this mouse again. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Little Mouse Tuesday, December 06, 2005 A Customer from Coleman, MI
I bought a new laptop a few months ago and had a hard time using it without a mouse...I got this little IOGear retractable mouse and just love it. My son thought it was too small for his big hands and ended up getting a bigger one for himself. Was this review helpful?

This mouse is highly oversensitive. It is better to go for optical mouse as so much sensitivity is not required. I used it on my laptop and I have to reduce the pointer speed to adjust the mouse. But in that case the pointer speed of touchpad goes far down and becomes very slow to be used by your fingers.
Sometimes, the pointer vibrates because of even small vibration on the surface. On the glass, there is no controlled motion.
I will highly recommend to buy an optical mouse instead of this one. Think yourself have you ever get any trouble with optical mouse? Have you ever wished that the optical mouse must be more sensitive? If your answer is no, forget this mouse. Otherwise good luck!

Amazing mouse ! Its high 1600 DPI helps if u have a 17 inch monitor and arnd 1200 dpi screen . it makes navigation easier . takes a few min to get in terms with the high accuracy and response . truly amazing product . the mouse wire is quite thin just like all retractable ones so better be careful in handling if you want it to last longer . I would recommend this product for anyone with a steady hand and who want to use the mouse on unreasonable surfaces where other mice will surely get you mad with their crazy movements . This is definitely an item worth buying for any laptop. The package comes complete with a carrying case and a usb to ps2 adapter. The mouse has a matte, rubber like finish on it for durability; and the retractible cable keeps your work area clutter free. The laser is incredibly accurate at 1600dpi, I found myself turning down the pointer speed on my laptop since 1600dpi is way more accurate than any other mouse I own. The only downfall is that since the laser reads over changes in elevation as well, when you don't lift it high enough it still reads the movement of your hand--however, this takes just a few minutes to get used to. Highly recommended product. Was this review helpful?
