Live At Massey Hall(w/ Bonus DVD) | | Artist: Neil Young Release Date: 3/13/2007 Format: CD | | Neil Young - Live at Massey Hall - CD By: Mark Saleski - Blogcritics.org Reviews Published on: 3/22/2007 11:40 AM | | There's just something about Neil Young. His present day persona along with his musical past form a sort of rolling time capsule in my head. Very strange, much like the man himself. This particular album, recorded 1971 at Toronto's Massey Hall, showcases Young and his songwriting at an early career peak. Played on acoustic guitar and sometimes piano, Young definitely had that audience in full control. Many of the songs, new at the time, went on to become part of his classic Harvest LP. read the full review

Good Morning Revival | | Artist: Good Charlotte Release Date: 3/27/2007 Format: CD -- Download Album for $9.29 and Tracks from $0.99 | | Video Reviews Available: 1 | | Good Charlotte's Good Morning Revival - CD By: Michael Fraiman - Cinema Blend CD Reviews Published on: 4/2/2007 12:27 AM | | Musically speaking, the biggest detriment to Good Morning Revival is the total absence of creative variety. If you hate one song, you hate ALL the songs. Conversely, if this watered-down punk stuff is right up your alley, then the album deserves to be in your collection. And frankly, if you liked Good Charlotte before reading this review, you don't need any incentive-go and buy the album. read the full review

Gorman - Cinema Blend CD Reviews Published on: 3/8/2007 9:29 PM | | Die-hards expected a monumental album that just might define the generation for which it was made. Casual fans expected something they'd never heard before, more of the same strange brew conjured with 2004's Funeral. Inspirational, definitive, seminal, soaring: open up your thesaurus and pick your favorite synonym. This record is worth whatever adjectives you can muster.

These Streets | | Artist: Paolo Nutini Release Date: 1/30/2007 Format: CD | User Rating: 5 | | Paolo Nutini - These Streets - CD By: Peter Chakerian - Blogcritics.org Reviews Published on: 2/23/2007 8:15 AM | | Hes 19-year old Scottish singer-songwriter Paolo Nutini and he sounds like an overnight success story in the making. With a sound that evokes a sepia-toned era of blue-eyed soul classics, Nutini belies his age with more than just a little Motown flair. His latest troubadourific release These Streets harkens back to the days when Van Morrison was a feisty lad with something to prove to the world. read the full review
