 | | 22. Memory Almost Full (Deluxe Limited Edition) | | Artist: Paul Mccartney Release Date: 6/5/2007 Format: CD -- Download Album for $12.89 and Tracks from $0.99 | User Rating: 4.5 | | Video Reviews Available: 1 | | Paul McCartney - Memory Almost Full - CD By: Josh Hathaway - Blogcritics.org Reviews Published on: 6/5/2007 10:51 AM | | Memory Almost Full, the title of Paul McCartney's new album, is a good summation for the music presented on the record. This is an album of compact, ornate sketches detailed with a full palette of standard and unusual instruments. Most of the songs on MAF settle on a single pattern or idea and explore it quickly; only two of the 13 tracks extend beyond the four-minute mark. Where his previous album, Chaos and Creation in the Backyard had a grander, more sweeping feel to it, MAF has a comparatively simpler and sunnier feel. read the full review | |

 | | 25. Call Me Irresponsible | | Artist: Michael Buble Release Date: 5/1/2007 Format: CD -- Download Album for $10.99 and Tracks from $0.99 | User Rating: 5 | | Video Reviews Available: 1 | | Michael Bublé - Call Me Irresponsible - CD By: Jeff Martin - Blogcritics.org Reviews Published on: 5/7/2007 7:40 PM | | On this, his third studio album, Bubl covers a wide range of styles adding blues-pop and early-70's R&B to his favored Sinatra-era swing and jazz. The best of the latter category is "That's Life," which Bubl introduces with a gospel choir and, when singing solo, possesses all the charm and swagger that made the Chairman of the Board a cultural juggernaut. read the full review | |

 | | 26. Rocket Man: Number Ones (Rmst) (Spkg) | | Artist: John,Elton Release Date: 3/27/2007 Format: CD -- Download Album for $9.99 and Tracks from $0.99 | | Elton John - Rocket Man: Number Ones - CD By: Joe Harris - Blogcritics.org Reviews Published on: 4/19/2007 9:30 AM | | A nice anthology that stops short of grabbing the listener by the jugular. Flamboyantly dressed pop master Elton John has released another compilation of his most prominent songs. A few problems aside, Rocket Man: Number Ones is a good collection of John's best loved hits. Why care about yet another Elton John anthology? Offering 17 songs, this album is more expansive than his 1974 Greatest Hits record, for example. It is not a complete collection, but a useful addition to a personal Elton John collection. Let's further examine the "why care" question. read the full review | |

 | | 29. Oh My Nola | | Artist: Harry Connick Jr Release Date: 1/30/2007 Format: CD -- Download Album for $10.49 and Tracks from $0.99 | | Harry Connick Jr.'s Oh, My Nola - Music By: Brian Williams - Cinema Blend CD Reviews Published on: 2/1/2007 8:49 AM | | Connick covers some popular songs rooted in New Orleans with his traditional styling, and he adds some originals to the mix to complete Nola's 16 tracks, all of which vary in flair and flavor. Despite the brooding narrative of the hurricane's destruction in "All These People," most of the material is fairly lighthearted, as he decides to celebrate his home haunts and not spend time bitching about our government's lack of concern for the displaced Katrina victims. read the full review | |
