Stasiewski - Blogcritics.org Reviews Published on: 9/3/2007 1:21 AM | | Starring Tina Fey and Alec Baldwin, 30 Rock follows Liz Lemon (Fey), head writer and producer of The Girlie Show. Lemon's show is a safe, secure hit until GE exec Jack Donaghy (Baldwin) takes over as Vice President of Television and Microwave Oven Programming. Donaghy, the author of Jack Attack: The Art of Aggression, sees a hit that can do boffo business outside of the show's mostly female audience. Before Lemon can say no, Donaghy adds the unstable comedian Tracy Jordon (Tracy Morgan) to the cast and changes the name to TGS with Tracy Jordon. read the full review

After binging on the entire first season of the series on DVD, I am actually a bit disappointed that I wasn't watching it when it was on. Whether or not you've ever watched '8 Simple Rules,' you probably know that this was the series that John Ritter was working on when he died of a heart attack. I have always been a fan of John Ritter, having grown up watching reruns of 'Three's Company,' a show I was too young to fully understand but enjoyed nonetheless. read the full review

Williams - Blogcritics.org Reviews Published on: 2/21/2007 1:05 PM | | Jack utters quite the incongruous combination of words. "Dad" and "I'm unarmed." We open seeing Jack checking through wreckage of the fiery bombed out van. Milo and Marilyn are running through the alleys and streets with Phillip’s henchmen close behind. They hide behind some dumpsters, but the bad guys know they are there. read the full review
