When will my backorder arrive?

Items marked as "Back Order" or "On Order" are not currently in stock at any of the warehouse locations. We have ordered the product from the supplier, but have not received a date yet as to when, or if, we will receive this product. We will update you periodically on the status of your order via eMail. If the supplier is unable to fulfill an order, your order will in turn be cancelled. While we regret cancelling any orders due to a shortage of inventory, sometimes these circumstances are beyond our control. Therefore, any items you require in a timely manner, we recommend not be purchased if on Back Order or On Order status.

Please use this formula to determine when your order will arrive:

Processing Time + Warehouse Time + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time

  • Processing Time = One or two days to get your order looked at, your credit card authorized (much longer for checks and money orders), and to make sure the ship-to address is on file with your credit card company. If your card does not authorize, your order will not proceed to the next step. If your ship-to address does not match your bill-to, or is not on file with your credit card company, your order will not proceed to the next step. If your order does not proceed to the next step, we will notify you via your order status and by email with instructions on how to proceed. If no action is taken your order will be cancelled. Minimum time: 1-2 business days. We do not process your order on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.

  • Warehouse Time = After your order is processed, we send it to the warehouse. If the product is still in stock, it will be shipped in a day or two. Stock availability is indicated in each product description on our web site, but high-demand items sometimes sell out faster than our web site indicators can display. Minimum time: 1-2 business days

  • Shipment Time = The time it takes for the shipping company to drive or fly your product to you. If you select budget shipping, this time could be a week or two. Some budget shippers do not display tracking information. Ground shipping is the default shipper in your shopping basket so if you do not want ground shipping, you must deselect it and select another shipper before completing your purchase or you will be charged ground shipper rates. Shipping times are listed by type in the table below.

  • Urgent Delivery - NOTE: If you make a purchase and select next day delivery, your order might not arrive the next day. Processing time can take 1-2 business days and warehouse time can take 1-2 business days and after that next day delivery can take 1 day. Make sure your bill to and ship to addresses are on file with your credit card company. And then monitor your email and your order status closely in case we notify you of a problem processing your order.

  • If you purchased a wireless phone and service plan, there may be a delay in shipping your phone due to the activation process, which varies by wireless service provider. Contact 877-Wireless with any questions.

  • Buy.com may ship each product at different times and from different warehouses via different shipping companies. We cannot guarantee which shipping company will ship your product to you. Do not be concerned if you receive only one of your products in a box. The other products might arrive soon after from a different location.

Note: If you pay using GoogleCheckout, your order will take five business days to process.

This product requires Special Handling due to weight and size. Soon after your order leaves our distribution center, you will be contacted by the delivery company to arrange a specific time convenient for you. This service includes delivery within 3 to 7 business days of shipment and basic home delivery, not including processing time and warehouse time (see above). Please note that setup and plug-in is not included and each shipment requires an adult signature upon delivery.

Pre-Order
This product has not yet been released from the publisher, studio or manufacturer, but we are currently taking preorders for it. We will ship you your order as soon as it is available.
Currently Unavailable
This product is currently unavailable from the manufacturer.
We are not accepting orders for it at this time. Please check our web site for future availability.

If tracking indicates the package has been delivered, it could be somewhere safe. Please check your office, porch, garage, bushes and with your neighbor.
