Delivery Details for Big Screen TVs
- Please Note that an adult signature is required on all deliveries of TVs
- Delivery to a residence anywhere in the contiguous 48 states within 3 to 7 business days
- Local delivery agent will call and schedule a delivery appointment for Monday-Friday within a 4-hour delivery window during normal business hours (8-5 M-F).
Heavy Video Items
For Budget Shipping, there is a surcharge of $1.00 for video items weighing more than 2.5 pounds and DVD items weighing more than 0.35 pounds.
For Standard Shipping, there is a surcharge of $1.50 for video items weighing more than 2.5 pounds and DVD items weighing more than 0.35 pounds.
Toys Items
Some KBToys items require an additional handling surcharge due to their unusual size or weight and will ship Standard Shipping only. This fee is in addition to the normal shipping rates. The handling surcharge will be added to the total cost of your order automatically.
