What are the Shipping FAQs
  • In most cases your order will ship out within 1 to 2 business days of when it was placed. Next Day Air and Second Day Air delivery time is in addition to order processing time. Please read When Will My Order Ship? to determine total delivery times.

  • If you order items with different stock availability - for example, an in-stock item along with a pre-ordered item - each item will ship as soon as it's ready. The additional items will still be charged the 'additional items' rate even if they ship separately.

  • Please note our warehouses do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.

  • Standard shipping for Books, Games, DVDs, and Videos is US Postal Service Priority, unless the total weight is 3 lbs or greater in which case they will ship via UPS.

  • If the weight of your DVD(s) is less than 13 oz. and you select Standard Shipping, the DVD item (s) will ship US Postal Service First Class Mail.

  • Tracking information provided when available.

  • Buy.com ships within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii only. At this time we are unable to process International shipments and orders going to Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

Please note that we currently do not ship to Post Office Boxes.


Why don't you ship to APO/FPO mailboxes?

There are certain restrictions on exporting certain kinds of technology outside of the United States. These restrictions complicate or prevent our suppliers from shipping products to APO/FPO mailboxes. We are working on finding ways to solve this fulfillment inconvenience and in the meantime we apologize and hope you understand.
