I have a question on my charges
If you have a question about a charge, please review your Order History and each order's Billing Summary first.
Unless Google Checkout, PayPal, PayPal Express, or Check/Money Order/Wire Transfer was the payment method used, we only bill you as items ship. If you see multiple charges on your credit card or debit card account, this may be the reason. For more details on when you are charged, please visit When will my credit card be charged?
Were you charged for shipping on an item that qualified for Free Shipping? Because not all of our items qualify for Free Shipping, we cannot make the default shipping method at time of checkout Free Shipping. Instead, we default the shipping to Ground shipping, as it is the next available shipping method. Each item that advertises Free Shipping is linked to details and Terms and Conditions of the particular promotion. They can also be found by clicking here. If you would like to take advantage of Free Shipping on a particular item, you must de-select "Ground" and then select "Budget" shipping before you click "Place Order".
