How do I return my product?

Step 1:   Log into your Buy.com MyAccount. After logging into your Buy.com MyAccount, you will be taken to your Account Profile.

Step 2:   From your Account Profile, find the order you wish to return located in your Recent Order History.

Step 3:   Click the "Return" link to the right of the order line.

Step 4:   You are now looking at the Order Summary. Check the line item box, located to the far right, for each item you wish to return.

Step 5:   After the line item box has been checked, click the "Return Checked Items" button.

Step 6:   Once on the RMA detail page, you will need to select the following information from each drop down menu. You will need to tell us: Quantity (Qty), Reason for return, Manufacturer's packaging (Opened or Unopened), and Resolution Requested (if you would like a refund or replacement order shipped).

Step 7:   Once you've selected an option from each drop down menu, click the Request a RMA# button.

Step 8:   Once your return information has met Buy.com Return Policy criteria, you will be given the RMA# and further instructions regarding how to finalize your return request.
