How do I edit my account information?


To edit your personal information in your Buy.com MyAccount, please follow these steps:


Add/Change/Delete Address

  • Step 1 - Go to the Log in page and enter your email address and your password.
  • Step 2 - Click "Manage your address book", located under Personal Information.

  • Step 3 - Once your Buy.com Address Book appears, click the "Edit" or "Delete" button.

  • Step 4 - Upon making your decision to edit or delete an address, you will need to Confirm or Cancel your request.


Change email address or password

  • Step 1 - Go to the Log in page and enter your email address and your password.
  • Step 2 - Click "Change your e-mail address, or password", located under

    Personal Information.

  • Step 3 - If changing your email address only, simply enter the new email address and click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page. If changing your password only, delete the old password and enter the new one. Once the new password has been entered in the "Choose A Password" field, re-type the same password in the "Verify Your Password" field. If you would like to change your email address and your password, please fill out all fields and click the "Continue" button.


Edit or Delete a payment method

  • Step 1 - Go to the Log in page and enter your email address and your password.
  • Step 2 - Click "Edit or Delete a payment method", located under Payment Settings.

  • Step 3 - Once your Payment Book appears, click the "Edit" button to change the credit card information, or click the "Delete" button to remove the information entirely.

  • Step 4 - Upon making your decision to edit or delete a payment method, you will need to Confirm or Cancel your request.
