Has my order shipped?
Orders Placed through your Buy.com MyAccount
- Step 1 - Go to the Log in page and enter your Buy.com MyAccount email address and your password.
- Step 2 - Once logged into your Buy.com MyAccount, your order will be listed under Recent order history from the last 9 months. Locate the order you are wanting an update on.
- Step 3 - After you have located your order, look to the right of the page under "status". If your status shows as "Complete" or "Partially Shipped", your order has entered the shipping process. Please note that this does not necessarily mean your item has left the warehouse and is enroute. To see where your item is at, you can check the tracking number (if available)* by clicking the "Track" hyperlink.
Orders Placed through Buy.com Guest Checkout or Google Checkout
- Step 1 - Go to the Log in page and click the Buy.com Guest Checkout, Google Checkout icon.
- Step 2 - Enter in your Buy.com order number, Billing last name and Billing phone number to search for your order. After all three fields have been entered, click the Find Order button.
- Step 3 - Once the order is shown, each line item will show the "shipped on" date, the shipping method, and the tracking number (if available)*. The tracking number will be hyperlinked. If shown, click on the blue tracking number and you will be directed to the shippers website and provided any available shipping information.
Orders Placed through PayPal Checkout
- Step 1 - Go to the Log in page and click the PayPal Checkout icon.
- Step 2 - Enter in your Buy.com order number, Shipping last name and Shipping phone number to search for your order. After all three fields have been entered, click the Find Order button.
- Step 3 - Once the order is shown, each line item will show the "shipped on" date, the shipping method, and the tracking number (if available)*. The tracking number will be hyperlinked. If shown, click on the blue tracking number and you will be directed to the shippers website and provided any available shipping information.
*NOTE* In some cases, if Budget/Free Shipping was selected as the shipping method, tracking is not always available, or tracking is not available until the package has already been delivered. This is most common with USPS shipped packages. If your item is large, such as a 32" or bigger TV, the item may have shipped via a freight carrier other than FedEx or UPS. If the tracking number from your order does not direct you to the company's website and provide tracking details, you can contact us for an update.
