At Buy.com, we offer a best price guarantee in all our stores except our Cellular and Clearance stores and in all cases excluding Marketplace items. If you find a price lower than ours on the Qualified Internet Retailer sites listed below, and you meet the eligibility requirements listed below, you may qualify for an even better price. You can request a credit that will beat our competitor's price by one cent.


You are eligible for a refund if your request meets the following conditions:

  • Our Best Price Guarantee is valid only for the below Qualified Internet Retailers.
  • The Qualified Internet Retailer must have the identical product in-stock and the product is priced accurately.
  • Requests must be submitted within three (3) days from the date of purchase at Buy.com.
  • Our Best Price Guarantee is valid up to a maximum of three (3) requests within a 30-day period.
  • Our Best Price Guarantee is limited to a maximum of $100.00 per request.
  • Our Best Price Guarantee is limited to a minimum of $1.00 per request.
  • Our Best Price Guarantee does not apply in our Cellular or Clearance stores, and in all cases excludes Marketplace items.

  • Our Best Price Guarantee is limited to up to three (3) of the same product, shipped to the same address.

How do I submit a Request?

Email customer service by clicking here. Your email must include the following or it will be rejected:

  • Buy.com Order Number.
  • Buy.com item description or SKU number (from product description page or from your receipt).
  • URL to the competitor's product.
  • Date you saw the competitor's product at that price.
  • The amount of the refund you are requesting.
