Credit/Debit Card Information - Your credit/debit card information is stored in your Google Checkout account. Charges to your credit card are made by Google Payment Corporation upon placing our Buy.com order, and your credit/debit card information is not shared with Buy.com or any other merchant that uses Google Checkout.

Maintained Buy.com Communications - Once you have completed a purchase using Google Checkout, Buy.com will maintain communications with you regarding shipping, changes to the order, tracking and returns. These communications will be made to the email address listed in your Google Checkout account and are vital in providing you with important information regarding the fulfillment of your order.

Universal Purchase History - You will have a universal purchase history for all purchases made using Google Checkout whether from Buy.com or other merchants using Google Checkout. This universal purchase history will be maintained in your Google Checkout account.

Ineligible Items - Certain items are unavailable for purchase using Google Checkout. In addition to the items listed in Googles Prohibited Products Policy, there are certain other items that are currently unavailable or that may become unavailable for use with Google Checkout (including, but not limited to, cell phones, digital downloads, magazines, extended warranties, pre-orders, on order items). When your shopping cart contains items that cannot be purchased using Google Checkout, the Google Checkout button will appear grey and you will be unable to checkout using the Google Checkout process. The following is an example of what the Google Checkout button will look like when you have ineligible products in your basket.

Coupons All Coupons are currently ineligible for use with Google Checkout.

Buy.com Purchase History By using Google Checkout to make purchases on Buy.com, your purchase history for such purchases will be maintained solely in your Google Checkout account. Your purchase history for such purchases will not be maintained by Buy.com. All purchase history that you may have with Buy.com prior to using Google Checkout or with respect to purchases that you make without using Google Checkout will be maintained in your My Account at Buy.com.
